Cameron McCallum, CFP® CA(SA)
Managing Director, Wealth Manager
Cameron values long-term client relationships and takes a comprehensive approach to financial planning. He focuses on providing professional, research-backed advice to retirees, investors and business owners, ensuring they have the financial security to support their lifestyle and plans.
Cameron completed a Business Science (Honours in Finance) degree at the University of Cape Town, followed by a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting at the same institution. He later obtained a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of Stellenbosch. Cameron has also completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) program, strengthening his technical expertise in investment planning.
After completing his articles at a Cape Town-based firm, Cameron decided to focus on personal financial planning rather than a traditional chartered accountancy career. His passion lies in helping individuals make well-informed financial decisions tailored to their long-term goals.
Cameron joined Netto Invest in 2007, drawn to its personalised approach to financial advice. He became a shareholder in 2013 and was appointed Managing Director in 2022.
Cameron is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) and the South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Lindsay Frost, CFP® CA(SA)
Director, Wealth Manager
Lindsay has a strong background in finance, tax and financial planning. She enjoys the problem-solving aspect of financial planning and is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions.
Lindsay studied Business Science Finance at the University of Cape Town, completing her Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting in 2012 and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) in 2014.
Lindsay began her career as an article clerk in auditing, gaining three years of experience in financial reporting and business analysis. In 2016, she was selected to work at Weiser Mazars in New York, where she led audits and managed teams, specialising in property and manufacturing industries.
Lindsay joined Netto Invest as a Wealth Manager in 2016 and became a Director in 2024.
Lindsay is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) and the South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Morné Bezuidenhout, CFP®

Director, Wealth Manager
An attorney by training with an Advanced Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Morné applies his expertise in investments and estate planning to analysing alternatives and making recommendations that help his clients and their families achieve their financial goals.
Morné graduated from the University of Stellenbosch and completed his articles at a prominent Johannesburg law firm before being admitted as an attorney in 2006.
His interest in assessing financial options, providing guidance, and helping clients to make informed decisions led him to study financial planning at the University of the Free State. He later completed an Advanced Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, specialising in investment and estate planning.
Morné joined Netto Invest as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in 2006 with the goal of helping clients understand their financial affairs. His commitment to building long-term client relationships led to his appointment as a Director in 2013.
He is also responsible for legal compliance, research support within Netto Invest’s financial planning process.
Morné is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) and the Law Society of South Africa.
Ian Beere, CFP® CA(SA)
Non-executive Director, Wealth Manager
With extensive experience in finance and tax, both locally and internationally, Ian provides strategic financial guidance to clients. He is committed to delivering well-researched investment advice, supported by a skilled team dedicated to ensuring clients make informed financial decisions.
Ian studied at the University of Cape Town and at UNISA, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) in 1993.
Before joining Netto Invest, Ian’s work experience included three years in Cape Town, contributing to the successful turnaround of a national retail chain. He then spent three years in London working in structured finance at the Lloyds Bank Group, where he managed statutory reporting and tax compliance for approximately 70 companies.
Ian became a client of Netto Invest shortly after qualifying as a CA(SA). Recognising the opportunity to apply his financial expertise to help others make informed decisions, he joined as a shareholder in 1999. He now serves as a Non-executive Director, providing valuable oversight and contributing to Netto Invest’s long-term vision.
Richard Sparg, CFP® CA(SA)
Wealth Manager
Richard specialises in investment, retirement, estate and tax planning. Clients appreciate his ability to simplify complex financial concepts and communicate effectively.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Science and a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He achieved his CFP® certification at the University of the Free State.
Richard completed his articles at Deloitte and Touche in Cape Town before gaining international financial services experience in the US and UK.
He joined Netto Invest in 2003 and obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2005, achieving the highest national score in the case-study exam.
Richard is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) and the South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Ryan Winter, CFP®

Ryan enjoys building long-term client relationships and is committed to helping individuals make sound financial decisions aligned with their lifestyle goals.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNISA. He transitioned into financial services after managing restaurant franchises and gaining experience at a listed financial services provider. He has also completed Level 1 of the Financial Services Board’s key individuals’ and representatives’ exams.
Ryan joined Netto Invest in 2007 and obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the University of the Free State thereafter.
Ryan is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI).
Gareth Leonard, CFP® CA(SA)

Gareth is passionate about providing objective financial advice tailored to clients’ needs. He enjoys the personal aspects of financial planning and takes pride in guiding clients towards financial security and long-term success.
Gareth studied at the University of Cape Town before completing his articles at Grant Thornton in Cape Town. As a qualified chartered accountant, he worked as a financial manager and later as a management accountant of a property company.
Gareth joined Netto Invest in 2010 and has subsequently qualified as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and completed Level 1 of the Financial Services Board’s key individuals’ and representatives’ exams.
Gareth is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) and the South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Jonathan Botha, CFP®

Jonathan applies a structured and detail-oriented approach to financial planning. His ability to analyse financial trends and guide clients through decision-making ensures that their portfolios are managed effectively to achieve long-term financial success.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Stellenbosch and a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Jonathan began his career in auditing, completing a two-year internship before transitioning into financial planning. He joined Netto Invest in 2012 as a financial planner and became a Wealth Manager in 2019.
Jonathan is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI).
Michael Maré, CFP® FPSA®

Michael’s expertise include estate planning, trusts, and investment strategies. He is dedicated to helping clients make informed financial decisions by simplifying complex information and offering clear, structured advice.
Michael obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Planning from the Nelson Mandela University before completing a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and an Advanced Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration at the University of the Free State. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Fiduciary Practitioner of South Africa (FPSA®).
Michael started his career in 2014 at Netto Invest as an Articled Financial Planner, later progressing to a Financial Planner role before advancing to Wealth Manager in 2019.
Michael is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI), Chairman of the FPI Technical Competency Committee, and a member of the Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa (FISA).
Matthew Erskine, CFP®

Matthew helps clients navigate complex financial decisions by developing structured financial plans tailored to their needs. He encourages proactive financial planning and open discussions about long-term financial goals, ensuring clients feel confident about their future.
Matthew holds a diploma in Hospitality Management and received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2018.
Before transitioning into financial planning, he worked in the hospitality industry, including roles in hotels and on cruise liners, where he developed strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Matthew joined Netto Invest in 2011 in an administrative role before progressing to Articled Financial Planner, Financial Planner in 2020, and Wealth Manager in 2022.
He is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI).
Jennifer Nedzamba, CFP®

Jennifer specialises in creating structured investment portfolios aligned with clients’ financial goals. She takes a strategic and research-driven approach, ensuring financial plans remain on track through regular reviews. Known for her authenticity and keen listening skills, she provides guidance through major life transitions while maintaining a strong focus on long-term financial security.
Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Cape Town in 2006 and a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Stellenbosch University in 2014. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Jennifer began her career at Netto Invest in 2007 as a Financial Para-planner gaining experience in financial planning and investment strategy. She became a Financial Planner in 2017.
Jennifer is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI).
Jason Van Der Westhuizen, CFP®

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Finance and Investments from the University of the Western Cape, graduating cum laude in 2016. He completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State in 2018 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in 2020.
Jason began his career at Netto Invest in 2017 as an Articled Financial Planner, he became a Financial Planner in 2020, and was appointed as a Wealth Manager in 2022. During his time at Netto, he developed expertise in financial planning, investment management and client advisory.

Megan provides objective, structured investment advice to help clients achieve financial security. Detail-oriented and methodical, she ensures financial plans are well-executed, giving clients peace of mind about their future.
Megan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Planning from Stellenbosch University in 2019 and a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Stellenbosch University Business School in 2020.
Megan began her career at Netto Invest in 2020 as an Articled Financial Planner, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning and investment strategy. She passed the Financial Planning Board Exam in 2021 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in 2023.
While completing her B.Com, Megan was a member of the Golden Key Society, an academic organisation that recognises the top 15% of students. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI).

Duwayne holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Johannesburg, completed in 2019, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State, completed in 2021.
Duwayne began his career at Netto Invest in 2020 as an Articled Financial Planner and focuses on investment planning and financial goal setting.

Kate completed a BA in Politics, Economics, and Philosophy at Stellenbosch University, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Economics. She joined Netto Invest in 2022 as an Articled Financial Planner and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in 2025.
Kate was recognised on the Dean’s Merit List for consistent academic achievement during her studies at Stellenbosch University. She was invited to join the Golden Key International Honours Society for her achievements at the University of the Free State in 2024. Kate is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI).

Hardworking, versatile, and driven, Taylor provides financial planning solutions that help clients build long-term financial security. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Investment and Financial Management from Stellenbosch University, completed in 2021, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Stellenbosch Business School, completed in 2022. Taylor joined Netto Invest as an Intern in 2023 and became an Articled Financial Planner in 2024.
Sasha Harris, CA(SA)

Sasha provides thoughtful, research-led financial advice tailored to her clients’ goals. With a background in accounting and a structured approach to investment planning, she helps clients make clear, informed decisions with confidence.
Sasha holds a Bachelor of Business Science specialising in Finance and Accounting and a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting, both from the University of Cape Town. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2025 after completing her articles at EY, where she worked with some of South Africa’s largest asset managers.
Her interest in financial planning developed from a desire to apply her technical training in a more people-focused setting. She joined Netto Invest in March 2025 as a Financial Planner, combining her analytical skills with a practical, goal-oriented approach to client service.
Sasha values clarity, consistency, and sound judgement. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based investing and long-term planning, with a focus on helping clients align their financial decisions with what matters most to them.
Joshua Willett

Joshua takes a proactive approach to financial planning, focusing on building strong client relationships and delivering value through careful preparation and clear communication. He combines a practical mindset with a willingness to learn, ensuring each client receives well-supported guidance.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Investment Management. His early career experience as an office assistant introduced him to the importance of organisation, accuracy, and accountability. In that role, he managed workflow calendars, coordinated communication between teams, prepared quotations, and maintained accounts – skills that now inform his attention to detail and structured approach to financial planning.
Joshua joined Netto Invest in September 2024 as an Articled Financial Planner. His investment philosophy is rooted in the belief that “time in the market beats timing the market,” emphasising long-term consistency over speculation.
